--Running (ran first marathon in Dec.; training for Chicago in Oct.) and weight training

--Serve on boards of our soccer club and PTA

--Husband is a Navy pilot, so we've lived on the east coast, west coast and several places in between. Favorite was Coronado in San Diego. Hope to settle in Austin in a few years.

Favorite Truman memory or story: Everything about Mr. Clemons' journalism class; had a blast, but also learned more from him than any other teacher I've ever had. Most vivid memory is when we had a daffodil sale to raise money and about 75% of the daffodils were dead upon arrival.

Message: Will miss the reunion because of a soccer tournament, but would love to be there. Hello to all and good job, Darrin (didn't want to be the only one who didn't sing your praises here!)!

Daffodil sale, and they're all dead? I bet Seubert or Hill had something to do with it! This Editor was surely innocent though, as he would have been busy typing up his Spirit article (and helping others type theirs -- boy, the work this Editor did!) on the new Apple computer in Mr. Clemons' office. :>)
