Message:Kudos to those who have taken the time to create this website. My sincere condolences to the family and friends of those whom we have lost, and hearty congratulations to everyone who has made it this far in style.

For the curious, after many years of travel and adventure, I happily returned to Kansas City in 2003 to be closer to my family, all of who still live in Independence. To those that suffered along side me back in the day, I never stopped running, swimming, and biking, albeit I do it much more slowly than when you saw me last!
